2.Melt extrusion: The dried polypropylene chips are fed into the screw extruder and heated to a molten state, forming a uniform melt.
3.Spinning: The melt is extruded through the spinneret to form primary fibres by precisely controlling the flow rate through the metering pump.
4.Stretching: The primary fibres are stretched in multiple stages under the action of high-speed airflow or mechanical devices, so that the molecular chains are highly oriented to form high-strength FDY yarns.
5.Winding: The stretched fibres are cooled, oiled, etc., and then wound into tubes for subsequent processing and use.
