1.Direct method: using the required fiber cross-section of similar shape of the spinneret directly for spinning, to obtain shaped fibers, is the most commonly used method.
2.Expansion adhesion method: the spinneret holes are made close to each other round holes, curved holes and slits, etc., when spinning, due to the spinning of fine streams of export expansion effect and adhesion to each other to form shaped fibers, hollow fibers are often used in this method for spinning.
3.Extrusion method: the use of thermoplastic round cross-section primary fibers in the post-processing of extrusion and deformation, so as to obtain a shaped cross-section fiber.
4.Composite method: two or more fiber-forming polymers into a composite fiber, and then a component of the composite fiber dissolved to remove or use mechanical stripping method to separate the components and get shaped or ultrafine fibers, such as non-adhesive melt polyester and polyamide made of composite fibers, and then after stripping can be made of multi-flap-type ultrafine shaped fibers.
