What is a masterbatch?

The full name of masterbatch is plastic masterbatch, also known as masterbatch is a kind of plastics processing aids developed in the 1980s, which is composed of excessive amount of chemical additives, carrier resin and dispersant, etc. Masterbatch refers to the plastic processing and moulding process, in order to facilitate the operation, will be needed for a variety of additives, fillers and a small amount of carrier resin mixing mixing, after extruder equipment such as metering, mixing, melting, extrusion, cutting granules and other processing processes produced.
