Quality control for DTY broken filaments

If there is a lot of yarn in the entire batch and the DTY yarn spindle position is not fixed, focus on investigating the POY processing situation. Sometimes, simply replacing components can also eliminate the phenomenon of batch yarn. If it is a single ingot problem, focus on checking the DTY porcelain parts, especially the burrs on some single end faces of the wire cake, which are often related to the quality of the wound rabbit head porcelain parts.
