High-tenacity polypropylene filament with a breaking strength greater than 6cN/dtex. It has the characteristics of low relative density, low moisture absorption, high strength, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and low thermal conductivity. Polypropylene high-strength filament is an important fiber raw material for industrial textiles, used for high-speed sewing threads, luggage straps, sports equipment suspenders, geotextiles, ropes, nets, and fishing gear.
High-tenacity polypropylene fiber has excellent chemical resistance. Compared with various fibers in terms of drug resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance, polypropylene fiber is superior to polyester, nylon, acrylic, and vinylon, except for being inferior to polytetrafluoroethylene fiber.
High-tenacity polypropylene filling is resistant to insect and bacterial erosion, with outstanding resistance to mold and microorganisms.
