Cooling masterbatch is a high-quality polypropylene or (PA) as the main material, polymer resins, peroxides, nucleating agents, initiators and many other high-quality resins as the auxiliary carrier through a strict ratio of high-speed mixer mixing homogeneous mixing and extrusion manufacturing.

Cooling masterbatch is initially used in PP spinning process, in order to reduce the high viscosity of PP, and to prevent the decomposition of other auxiliary pigments and so on at high processing temperature. The cooling masterbatch can reduce the molecular weight of PP, thus lowering the processing temperature of PP. Its main component is peroxide. At present, the application range of cooling masterbatch has been expanded, and it has become a common auxiliary in some PP modification production enterprises, especially in the production of high-flow PP (such as large thin-walled storage drums in supermarkets), which has the most applications.
