Needle-punching method

The needle-punching method involves repeatedly piercing a web of short polypropylene fibers, which has been combed, with the needles of a needle-punching machine to interweave the fibers and form nonwoven fabric. The PP nonwoven fabric produced by this method exhibits excellent elasticity and bulkiness, making it suitable for producing geotechnical fabrics, filtration materials, etc.
