Spunbond Method :This is one of the most common production methods for PP nonwoven fabric. First, polypropylene resin slices are heated and melted, then the molten material is extruded from the fine holes of the spinneret plate through a spinning pump to form continuous filaments. These filaments are stretched and refined under the action of a stretching device, then quickly cooled and solidified by a cooling device, and finally, after processes such as web laying and hot rolling, the fibers adhere to each other to form nonwoven fabric. The PP nonwoven fabric produced by spunbond method has high strength and uniform fiber distribution, often used in the production of medical protective clothing, disposable bed sheets, etc.
