There are rich source of raw materials for Polypropylene yarn, the production process is simple, the price is relatively low compared to other synthetic fiber. 

The physical and mechanical properties of fiber: high strength (short fiber is 4 to 6 grams per denier, filament fiber is 5 to 8 grams per denier), wet strength and dry strength is basically the same, a small proportion (0.91). Abrasion and corrosion resistance.

Masterbatch (MB) is a solid additive for plastic used for coloring plastics (color masterbatch) or impartingother properties to plastics (additive masterbatch). Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigmentsand/or additives encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin which is then cooled and cut intoa granular shape. 

Masterbatch allows the processor to colour raw polymer economically during the plastics manufacturing process. As masterbatches are already premixed compositions, their use alleviates the issues with the additive or colorant clumping or insufficient dispersion. The concentration of the additive in themasterbatch is much higher than in the end-use polymer, but the additive is already properly dispersed in thehost resin. 

The use of masterbatches allows the factory to keep stock of fewer grades of the polymer, and to buy cheapernatural polymer in bulk.

The carrier material of the masterbatch can be based on a wax (universal carrier) or on a specific polymer,identical or compatible with the natural polymer used (polymer-specific).

A flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC) also called bulk bag, big bag, ton bag, jumbo bag or super sack, is an industrial container made of flexible fabric that is designed for storing and transporting dry, flowable products, such as sand, cement, chemicals, minerals, fertilizer, and granules of plastic etc. 

FIBCs are most often made of thick woven polypropylene, either coated or uncoated, and normally measure around 110 cm or 45-48 inches in diameter and varies in height from 100 cm up to 200 cm or 35 to 80 inches. Its capacity is normally around 1000 kg or 2000 lbs, but the larger units can store even more. A bulk bag designed to transport one metric ton of material, will itself only weigh 5-7 lbs.

Transporting and loading is done on either pallets or by lifting it from the loops. Bags are made with either one, two or four lifting loops. The single loop bag is suitable for one man operation as there is no need for a second man to put the loops on the loader hook. Emptying is made easy by a special opening in the bottom such as a discharge spout, of which there are several options, or by simply cutting it open.

One to two people can install and fill a container liner from rail car or silo within 1 hour, ship, and 1 person to discharge the product into your customer's warehouse silos.

This eliminates the needs for packing machines, man power to fill and move product to warehouse, packing into a container, unloading the container into storage warehouse, to final shipment to customer.

Bulk Container Liners come in several forms whether a woven polyolefin bag or a PE Film to keep it safer from contamination. They are customizable for loading and unloading operations.
